Our Strategy

SLG’s business model is predicated on the premise that all real estate is local. Properties and borrowers are evaluated on hundreds of data points including type, location, estimated marketing time, renovation required, comparables and rental rates, while borrowers are evaluated by their credit profile, experience, previous exit strategy success, and the actual equity that they have invested in each transaction.
